GADRO works on private moulds for sleep products rather than rebadged stock. Our engineers handle ID and structure, silicone tooling, acoustic chambers and pilot production, so a new model does not pass through four separate suppliers.
Buyers come to us with a shell, a target cost and a market. We come back with a structure, a fit and isolation profile, and a production plan that can be quoted line by line.

- Mould design, machining and trial shots stay under one roof, which shortens the loop between a drawing and a usable sample.
- Acoustics before tooling
- Silicone hardness, cavity volume and masking sound are measured on samples, so the result is agreed before the mould is cut.
- Pilot line before volume
- A pilot run checks assembly, charge cycles and fit on the real line, not only on hand-built samples.

Side-sleep cavity design
Housing height, tip angle and contact area are set so the product sits against a pillow without pressing the canal wall.

Passive isolation and silicone hardness
Silicone hardness and wall thickness are balanced for blocking and comfort, then measured on an acoustic test head.

Active reduction is tuned for steady hum from fans, traffic and aircraft rather than for street noise.

Cell capacity and charge profile are set for a full night of playback, with surface temperature checked on the pilot run.
